Neither this web application nor BTA is associated with any formal alcohol treatment program.

Your responses are confidential and neither your identity nor the personal information you provide will ever be shared with anyone. We treat the information you provide with the same level of confidentiality as a medical record. That said, you certainly can use a fictitious name, username, and password. We do require an email address during registration so that if you forget your login information we can automatically send it to you.

Until and unless you register to use the program, none of your answers to the screening are saved in our confidential database. (They are carried in the URL in your browser.)
